It has been way too long since I've done a true photography-focussed trip to the mountains.  This shot is from a family trip a couple summers ago.  We paid for two nights camping, but left after only one, since the smoke was not tolerable.  But it made for some very interesting scenes!

Great to see you back. I really like the layers here.

This reminds me of a Japanese woodcut- I really like the soft layers and muted tones. Too bad it had to come of an unfortunate incident, but there is a certain beauty in all kinds of things, I guess.

When I see a view like this, I can 'smell' that smoke hanging heavy in the air.

Has a nice graphic feel.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.
