I liked the curvature of that formation, the way it comes out of the lower right corner and then takes a turn to end up pointing toward the south rim of Grand Canyon. So I waited for the sun to come down and put some nice evening glow on the rock.

A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Really shows off the textures and colour graduations on the rock face. The long sweeping curve adds a sense of drama.
