Calm Symmetry

I am sure most of you recognize the location, but that's not what this image is about. It's about the symmetry between the scene and its reflection, and the calm it radiates.

Really gorgeous, Jens. Love the symmetry, as you mention-I can see how you are really thinking of design/shapes. But s a scene it is also just so pleasing. And no, I don't know this scene/location.

I can't figure out why this isn't in Landscapes. It's a very nice shot of a beautiful spot. I'd be tempted to crank in a little contrast.

It's Wizard Island in Crater Lake in Oregon. The deepest lake in North America.

It's not in Landscapes because I didn't pay attention when I posted it. Please move it if you can. Thanks.

The contrast is between the colors and I don't want to mess that up.
