Core of the Galaxy, Milky Way

a6000 Rokinon 12mm f2 15 seconds ISO 1600

It appears from the 10 day forecast that our break in the winter weather with clear skies is about over, so I've been using every opportunity to capture the Milky Way.  Would really have liked to have been working with full frame.

Really a battle with noise on the images. Full frame is probably a lot better for this but I enjoy photographing the stars.

The a7s/a7S II abslutely rocks for images like this!
