Watson Lake - Arizona
a7R III, 12mm, ISO 100, f/10, 1/30s
I am currently in the process of shaking down the new Sony a7R III and am working on an in depth "good, bad, and ugly" style review to be published towards the end of the month or early February.  Yesterday, the first real Winter storm of the season was anticipated to begin clearing over Arizona's high country near the end of the day so I made the 2.5 hour drive to the Granite Dells of Watson Lake.  Mother Nature came through!  Here is my first photo I am sharing anywhere taken with the a7R III and it is shot with the Voigtlander 12mm Heliar III lens and a custom Lens Correction profile that I created to deal with vignetting and edge color cast issues.

Amazing shot. I love the Dynamic range and deep rich colors. I used to shoot Pentax K-1 and I loved it for landscapes.

I have heard of Granite Dells before....and have seen a few images. What a cool place.
The sky completes this one nicely!
Curious as the edge color cast issues you experienced....

Ultra wide lenses whose exit pupil is so close to the sensor have light striking the sensor far from the ideal perpendicular angle as you get to the corners.  This causes some color shifts.  An LCC profile can be used to get rid of that.  It is a very well known problem in the technical camera medium format world which LCC was developed for.  Now with ultra high resolution 35mm sensors in mirrorless cameras with very short flange distances and lenses as wide as 10-12mm LCC can be very beneficial as well.
