Foggy Mississippi Bayou

Lower Rines Lake - Mississippi
a7r II, 24-70mm @ 30mm, ISO 100, f/8, 1/25s  (3 frames focus stacked)
I almost missed this little clump of beautifully colored leaves and just saw them on a look back before leaving for another location.  It took a bit of contortion of body and tripod but I got what, to me, is a pleasing composition.  I had to focus stack to insure that I got everything in focus without having to go to sharpness robbing high f numbers and noisy high ISO values.

I think the background tree trunks and reflection make this and the pop of color finishes it nicely. This area looks fascinating!

Nice line up of the trees and the splash of color in the front really makes this.
