Elgol - Isle of Skye, Scotland
Mamiya/P1 645DF+, IQ260, 80mm (~55mm FF equiv.), ISO 50, f/11, 1/10s
A very blustery and gray afternoon on the Isle of Skye until just before sunset when the sun peaked through a few holes in the overcast.

That is quite the shore line, describing it as rugged and barren doesn't do it justice ... love the image E.J.

Wonderful light. I like the way the foreground coast leads my eye to the background peak.

This is very beautiful! My favorite part of the image is the breaking light and soft colors on the mountain so I would be tempted to crop out some of the strong foreground that competes a little in that regard. You're the artist so maybe it's more about the rugged coast as Malcolm described...just another thought. Great depth and sharp where needed as always. Love it as is!
