a6000 18-55mm 24mm f8 1/200th ISO 100 655nm Infrared Filter

I believe the difference in brightness between the foreground water and the sky is that the water reflects less IR light.

I like the simplicity of the colors...the IR helped that with the trees and made them pop against the blue.
