I had the opportunity to spend about a week up in Denali NP at the end of August. This was taken on the backside of Cathedral Mountain, which is on the south side of the road as you leave the Teklanika valley going into Sable Pass.
Since I was hauling around my new 500mm lens looking for critters, I decided to do a few scenic "extracts." My 10x binoculars proved invaluable in spotting interesting scenes to investigate with the lens. Occassioanlly I added a 1.4 TC also. Comments greatly appreciated. Tim
