Munnar Tea Gardens

Even though I come from a place of Tea Gardens, Munnar caught me in awe. I woke up early at around 5:00 am and started hiking towards one of the tea gardens. I checked the compass and headed towards East. After some time when the first light started coming in I positioned myself behind a mountain so that I could capture the sun rays when it finally comes out. After sunrise, the light changes every second so one needs to be ready for that magical moment. 

I used graduated NDs and polarizers to get this shot.
