Great shot.Thats the way we saw here in Atlanta.The near totality didn't last quite as long as I expected but a great spectacle nonetheless

They predicted 100,000 eclipse viewers in a small Oregon town of 6,000 on the path of the total eclipse. Too much of a crowd for me. I guess I could have gone up to southern Oregon but don't know how much difference that would have made. I really would like to have seen it though.

Nice sequence, yes there were crowds but it was not over bearing they were spread all along the roads. There were about 20 people pulled into the pull off on the road from Mitchell to Fossil where I pulled over. Don't think I would have liked Madras so much though, reported to be many thousands there.
