Wouldn't mind a bit more depth in the sky.

Beautiful image Pedro! As far as SMBs post, have you tried PhotoShop CC or Lightrooms' haze removal filter in ACR? I have a hunch it would "clean up" the sky quite dramatically for you. Nonetheless, still a wonderful image!  :)
