Dead Trees of Kununurra

Ord River - Kununurra, Australia

On the south end of town where the Ord River flows through the Western Australia town of Kununurra, there is a dead tree grove coming out of the river.  This is an early morning shot.

Its rather ironic that because of building the dam to conserve water for the parched land, the water level rose and drowned these trees.  

What a great capture of these dead trees performing their 'danse macabre'...... 8)
