I like your choice of a long exposure to create soft shapes of clouds and water as a contrast to the hard and rugged rocks.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Looks like you made the most of pretty grey skies. Nice image and composition. I wonder what it would look like in B&W.
