I spent a couple of evenings this spring at one of my favorite places in the Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (at least currently it's a National Monument rant rant) White Pocket.

I really like this a lot and it is quite different from the usual fare at this location. The diagonal line of clouds put it over the top for me. My personal preference would be to make a tiny bit darker with a tiny bit more contrast, especially in the midtones to accentuate the rock texture a bit more.

Love the cloud line up and the rock textures.
I'd also prefer the f/g to be darkened a bit.
