Always looking to get my self out of my confort zone, this time trying a bit of Astro Photography on a full moon night.

Canon 5D Mark IV + Tamron 15-30mm f2.8

ISO 2500

15 sec.

There is a magnetic appeal about the night sky, isn't there! it just draws you right in. It must be quite a battle between a full moon and the jewels in the sky - if this is you just starting out, then we have some real treats to come.

very nice image.
the blue tones in the lower part of the sky is superb.
the clouds on the right side are debatable...... but they do add elements to the sky !
and if you wish you can still pull out more of the milky way in this image in post processing..... but the image is already very nice !!!!!!!!

I really like the view here with so much sky and the little bit of moon. The reflection of the moon is pretty cool too, and the streak on light across the water. I'd say success!
