This one is a bit too messy for my taste but certainly the spot has a ton of potential. Also, I think it would be better if overcast or when the sun is below the horizon.

A nice and somewhat successful attempt to tame a chaos. Good work.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

I like the way the water cuts through the frame, and the way you exposed it. Interesting.
