I have never seen so many Palo Verde trees in full bloom around the Valley and desert. The trees grown naturally in the desert are very much like a huge bush as shown here - especially near washes, vs. the PV trees that are trimmed and tamed around our neighborhoods and outlying areas. Also, rattle snakes are abundant so treading around is quite precarious.

These must be quite a sight when in full bloom!  Lovely colour AnnaMaria, and I will just enjoy your photo and then I won't have to worry about avoiding the snakes....... :D
