I like the colour in the sky, the foreground on my monitor looks a tad dark and slightly cluttered. I wonder what this would look like with a longer lens in use in order to exclude a lot of the foreground thus placing more emphasis on the distant hills.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for your input (that's sincere - sometimes it's hard to tell in "type.")
Landscapes are a new adventure for me. Here I was attracted to the mountain range dividing the harsh, cold desert from the smooth, warm colors of the sunset. Maybe that doesn't work for everyone, but I was pretty happy with it; thanks again for your input. Feedback is how (I hope) I'll learn.

Interesting to see the Chiricahua's from the NM side. Nice sky! the foreground is a bit blocked up.

The f/g is a bit blocked up as EJ noted...but not too bad,
Best viewed full size against a darker b/g
