Paradise Bay - Antarctica
Two things happened today that inspired me to go back into my library of Antarctica shots in search of a photo that I had never processed before and had never been seen before by anybody but me. First a friend posted (on FB) a shot he took around the turn of the century in Antarctica. This photo, when he shared it during one of my very first workshops I ever held was my initial inspiration to one day go there. Second, I attended a Phase One webinar which featured the photography of one of my guides in County Kerry, Ireland last year - the extraordinary photographer Peter Cox. He also showed Antarctica photos. So here is the never before processed or shared photo from Paradise Bay, Antarctica taken at midnight in December a few years ago...D3x, 70-200mm@ 70mm, ISO 200, f/4, 1/1000s E.J.
