Ord River Delta - The Kimberley, Western Australia
P1 XF-IQ3100, 80mm (~50mm FF equiv.), ISO 400, 1/2500, f/4.5
Another shot from my mind blowing no-doors helicopter shoot in northwestern Australia.  This is from a more lush section of the area where the Ord River meets the Timor Sea and is shot from about 2000 feet up looking straight down in a steep bank.  This was simply one of the most amazing shoots I have ever done and I have done literally dozens of aerial shoots in my life.  The 90 minutes of shooting seemed like 5 minutes.

Incredible. Glad you're posting more from that particular shoot. The patterns are just amazing.

Stunning image -- perfect light to contrast the water and bush. There's an amazing resemblance to a tree.

Amazing. Looks like you are shooting from the Space Station.
Thanks for posting as it is a shot I will never take!
