Point Reyes National Seashore - California
P1 XF-100MP, 75-150mm @ 120mm (approx 80mm FF equivalent), ISO 50, f/10, 1/25

Something a bit different... This morning while shooting coastal landscapes atop a sea cliff along Point Reyes National Seashore in Northern California, I noticed that the waves, when they receded, made really cool streaks in the sand so I experimented with different exposure times and compositions to try to illustrate them. Here is one shot that I like from that experience which was basically shot straight down from the edge of the sea cliff.

I have to ask, do you now own a P1 E.J? I do like what you have achieved and also followed the rule of thirds :)

Real nice visual catch of layers of patterns from the shore to the ocean. Well done.

Looks great EJ, for a moment I thought you had used a drone to get that angle of view.

This is a truly amazing image E.J. The distinct 'layers' with their different water action are so superbly captured. Love it!
