3 pic pano - or rather an attempt at one
taken at the NWR in ND
At this point the fog was getting thicker across the water

Have been having continual storms since end of september it seems.  When the lights intensify - the coyotes start to sing, which is fun to hear but an indication to get ready :)

I would appreciate any help with post processing - I am not at all sure I know what I am doing. If I change the WB or the contrast or the whites or ... something else seems off.
Thanks for any comments as I am just learning

Stunning image -- try varying shadow contrast for different post processing effects. More shadow contrast will bring up the stars, less will give a softer appearance.

Thanks everyone for very kind comments. I would love to be able to do the northern lights justice in a photograph. Wonderful to watch.
Gary - I will try adjusting shadows to see what happens. So much to learn …
E.J. - I'm not sure how I could get the photo posted larger? I forgot to mention I took with a D810 so the pano file is large.
