This was about a half hour after my previous shot.  A rain storm had passed through and altered the light completely and the wind was ruffling the surface of the loch.

Looks lush and full of life...I could spend a year easy. Would prefer a different crop, maybe more like the square link.

I prefer this one to the other one compositionally. There is no overlap in any of the main trees in the composition and the greens are lush. A polarizer to take down the really bright reflection in the water would make it even better but I like it a lot as is.

I agree with EJ's comments and in addition, I note a slight magenta cast that you may wish to address.

I agree with EJ's and John comments, It would be interesting to see a different crop, it becomes pretty much "dead" area on the lake as you present the picture right now
