Connor Pass - County Kerry, Ireland
Phase One XF - 100MP, 40-80mm @40mm (25mm FF equivalent), ISO 50, 1/10s, f/8

I just got home from a great week of shooting in County Kerry on the southwestern coast of Ireland.  I once again used Phase One gear, both the 80mp CCD and 100MP CMOS backs.  This was taken with the 100mp back on the first morning.  The weather was awful with rain, wind, and very cold temps and we decided to pack it in since there were no photos to be had and just when we got the gear packed up this happened so I scrambled to get this shot before it socked in again.

Good Evening E.J.

Terrific image. The soft light, detail, colors and sky are beautiful.

Best Regards,

Well that's what you get when you're exposed to all the Atlantic can throw at you.......

You have captured the mood beautifully with this one, great perspective and content, love the mood and menacing clouds, and I can smell the dampness of the peat earth down below.  So worth waiting those extra minutes!

Typical Irish weather, you get used to it !!! Nice compostion and captures a location I know well nicely. If you get back down this part of the world again, try exploring that winding distant road, wonderful views to explore down there.
