Exploring Sligachan on the Isle of Skye,I came across this waterfall,and thought,why not:)

Love the composition in this and there really is a lot to look at. Great detail and beautiful color/light!

Love the falls Peter. The shutter speed works, and the comp well done. If it were mine I might omit the sky, and boost the whites in the water a bit.

I like it...although it has an HDR feel to it.
I agree with boosting the whites and also perhaps reducing the exp slightly

Hi Peter,

I do love waterfalls! But as others have said, I think the sky is competing with your subject. I would crop this just to the edge of the large rock on the RHS of the falls. From their you could pump up your whites too without fearing of blowing out any highlights. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice shot. I think I would prefer a slower shutter speed. Very nice compositionally and I like the rich greens.
