This is my first time trying to photograph waterfalls. I used a ND -3 filter. After reviewing the picture I think a ND -6 would be better. I did use a tripod and cable release.

Nikon D7200 
Nikon 14-24 
F-22
11.00 sec
ISO 100 
  

Any constructive comments would be appreciated

Hey Mike, I think the exposure time its great like that. I would preferred a little wider view to help the composition and to show a little more of what seems to a lovely place.

I like this a lot though I would be tempted to increase contrast a bit.

Very nicely done. The only suggestion would be to bring up the levels of the flowing water a bit.

A very nice scene of this fall.
Technically, a small crop from the left would eliminate the intruding tree, and sadly the wind movement of the branches due to the long exp has resulted in some blurring that distracts slightly.

I agree with the others, about the tree movement and adjusting the levels. Maybe a step forward would have eliminated them. Another method would be to shoot with a faster SS and blend in a more static tree. I wasn't there so don't know how much water flow there was, but 11s seems quite long for a waterfall shot, especially for being in the shade.
