Like the other one, I think toning down the water a bit so that it isn't brighter than the sky will render a more natural look. Otherwise a great dramatic shot.

E.J. has an amazing eye for landscape photography ( or any photography to be honest) and his critiques have helped me so much over the years.  8)

This is a wonderful image Jeff, full of drama and mood.  With a little adjustment as suggested this would be spectacular!

Very nice. with drama given the long exp water and distant stormy skies.

A few dust bunnies om the sky that could be addressed
Agree with EJ's comment regarding water brightness.
