Snowdonia National Park in North Wales, UK.  Mount Snowdon in the distance with the cloud descending on the peak.  Taken in Autumn with the changing colours and unpredictable weather.

Its all your fault John, you asked for more!  I sometimes do take landscape photos on our travels but I am never happy with them and just keep them hidden.  It might have something to do with the amazing scenes that I have the pleasure of viewing in Landscapes Gallery, so I feel very inadequate!!  So please anyone fire away with critiques so that I might learn a thing or two.  All comments gratefully received! 8)

Lovely area, Carol, and as you stated unpredictable weather..... ;)
Tough call with such overcast weather - as some drama or light (contrast) would be nice.
Have you tried a BW version?

Yes, some of the 'light that dances' - as you can find in Scotland, would be a real boost on this scene!   I am not normally a fan of BW in wildlife or landscapes as I think that nature's beauty and colour palette should be celebrated :P  - but, occasionally I do odd BW images when it seems to fit.  I will amuse myself later and try a BW conversion on this just to experiment.

Than you for your valued comments Sinuhe, always welcome and appreciated.  8)

Brings back fond memories of my Youth Hostelling Days, such timing to see Wales advance to the next leg.

Wonderful landscape Carol, keep them coming :)

I haven't been to Wales and have been wondering what to shoot there if I ever go to add it to my countries collection :). Thanks for giving me this location :D. I love the photo!
