I just returned from Eagles and Songbird workshop with Alan Murphy. We had a great time photographing eagles in the Kachemak Bay. I had a free evening before flying back from Homer and the evening turned out to be excellent. What a way to end an excellent trip to Homer.

This was shot using Canon 5D M3 + 24-70 II lens @ 24mm | ISO 50. I wish I had my ND filters with me that day.

I normally post in the Birds gallery. Any coments and suggestions to improve are always welcome.

Absolutely love the light on the rock and the texture in it but wish your shadow (tripod leg?) wasn't across it

Also love the light on the rock....but your shadow lets this one down a bit.
Consideration to cropping the top land mass?
