Exploring the slot canyons near Page AZ has been a goal of mine for some time. This past fall my wife and I ponied up the $$$ for the photographer's tour of four canyons. Everything was rushed and I never got a chance to study a comp and work a scene as methodically as I like but it was still a fun experience. I'm also a pretty big guy so navigating through some of the tight spaces was a real challenge. I lingered a bit behind the group to get an unobstructed view of this opening and came away with one of my favorite shots of the trip. All comments welcome. >=))>

I find this truly fascinating Bill, what a wonderful image and I can see why its a favourite. Great perspective, composition, detail, colours and light.

I love it!

Beautiful comp and patterns through out this image. Good eye! If it were mine I think I would try to tone down the bright area at the top of the eye a bit and see how that looks. I find my eye drawn there. Very nice shot
