I shot this a little while before this shot at Chenega Glacier, probably about 4 am in Prince William Sound, Alaska. I thought I re-shot it when the light got much pinker, but didn't. Darn! Canon Elan 7e, 100-400 IS, Provia. Thanks for all your comments and suggestions!

That's one in-your-face glacier! The light here is gorgeous, I can only imagine what it was before (after?) I like your composition too, and you did a great job on the white.

I love the photos from PWS - this is a very nice one and has that pinkish presunrise cast - excellent.

Really nice! I can sense that this is huge, but a kayak in the FG would really make this a killer image to add scale.

Kelly, the light is nice in this image but it's the curves and textures that really make this one for me. Looks like getting up early was the right thing to do!

That is one in your face glacier. I like the soft pink light and the way you've composed the curve. Really nicely done. For some reason I want to crop just a little off the bottom.

Very good job with the contrast. Good eye for catching the nice curve in the glacier... I know someone that missed it.
