Another in the Beaver Bay series. This version was shot a day or two after the others, one morning after the mist had cleared. It would have made a nice color shot, since the foreground rocks are covered with attractive bright orange lichen, but the light was too harsh :(

What a nice place!
I like the composition a lot but still find that even for a B/W image the light is a bit harsh for my taste. Not that I think that all images have to be done under early or late light.

The image is nice, and the BW doesn't bother me. However I would like to see much more of the lake.

I like the jumbled texture of the rocks, and seeing the cliff in the distance. The composition looks fine to me.
