Glacier NP

Just thought I'd toss another one of these out to ya.

This is on the way back from Iceberg Lake. John Zinn and I spent almost a hour shooting at this location.

No, the sky is not polarized. The polarizer went swiming a hour before this...

Pentax 645NII, 35mm, Fuji something....

Ken,

You answered my first question and made me laugh, a swimming polarizer. :D Sorry to hear that. Good image, great color and the Moutains make a nice background for the Beargrass.

This is nice Ken - I imagine the smaller flowers have more impact in a print. It looks like it has a blue colour cast to me - I think backing off on the blue might make the bear grass pop a lot more.

I love the composition and the various elements here. I think Eric is right about the blue cast; the bear grass doesn't sparkle the way it might.

Lovely image and composition. The sky is a bit too dark for my taste, gives it a stange kind of mood... maby that's a good thing? :D

Like the angle this was shot at with the grasses in the foreground playing a dominant role.
