Steve's recent posts led me to go revisit some of mine from the same trip (Antelope Valley, this spring). The was my first-ever visit during WF season, and I was like the proverbial kid in a candy store! We found this clump of Joshua Trees growing with a patch of little yellow flowers (ID anyone? Each about 12mm wide) and I did some of my first digital landscapes.
