It's really pretty simple, start out with combining the images you want to work with, put them on their own layers, go to filters, liquify, and just drag the brush around until you get the effect that you want. After that, you process just like any other image.You want to save the various steps as you can go to far sometimes and want to retreat.

Try it, it's fun. this image took about two hours. I could do one much faster now if I should want to do another.

I have no idea exactly what you are doing or using Mike, but man it works. The subjects really suit this. IMO, you have found the perfect subjects and niche for this effect. Just magic Mike. They seem to flow and very smoothly at that. What do they look like printed Mike ???. I'll bet you haven't printed one out yet, now have ya :D . Well it would be interesting to see Mike. This one, you just can't fault the composition, no way.
