Z6iii, 600f/6.3,1/1000,f/6.3,ISO 1600

I just love what Markus Jais did with a Plena lens, same subject in Flora and Macro. So I played around with various Photoshop tweaks, to see what I could simulate. Nope. No where the same, but I liked the effect anyway.  Had fun with this, anyway. My berries weren't quite ripe in this shot, but I also think it is a different variety than Markus'
 tree.

It's a little reassuring that PS doesn't always manage to simulate what the lens does. Best bit is you had fun Cindy and that is worth tons...

Hey Dave. I don't think it's Photoshop per se...it's who can do what with it.  I didn't REALLY expect to simulate the lens. I just wanted a  sort of soft effect that was based more on how inspired I am with what Markus did.  Even if I owned the lens, I don't think I could have done what he did with it!  (Wish I DID own the lens!)
