A dreamy scene! Reminds me of my favorite house in Estes Park, Colorado. Nice treatment.

Wow-Orton really brings out intense color-quite a magical-looking place.

I was just thinking the same!  Maybe Hansel and Gretel came here..........or Little Red Riding Hood..........or Pinocchio.......  Many possibilities with this lovely house in the wood, Mary.  Beautifully done!

You are definitely the Queen of the Orton technique. A beautiful image with it's vivid, while at the same time subtle colors and reflection. My only minor nit is the small light object off to the right hand side. I think if you can eliminate it, and its reflection, my eye would not be distracted and be totally keyed in to the beautiful rendition of the house.

Thanks SantaFeJoe, it's true it looks a lot like the house in Estes Park,
who knows how many wonders like this you have in the United States.
The one I photographed is located on the shores of Dobbiaco lake in South Tyrol.

Thanks Carol, you're right, it just reminds me of Hansel and Gretel's little house.

Thank you so much ADKShooter, your words honor me.
You're really right about the disturbing object on the right, it bothers me too and believe me,
I tried to clone it more than once, but the result was worse than leaving it there ...
