On a Sunday afternoon my young adult daughter alerted me via txt message while dog walking,  about a herd of whitetail deer grazing near home. Taking the cues i headed out with my Nikon D6/600 combo and wandered into the woods - about a quarter mile in - 2 young bucks and 2 does had their eyes glued to me. The canopy was thick and this buck was in a spot with side lighting and a dark BG. Slowly picking up the lens i added about -2EC and a touch of PP in LR to highlight the beauty of this young buck. I hope you like it!

Striking image Ramesh. Like the framing and dramatic lighting. Nice one. Just my 2 cents, but could just as easy sit in the wildlife gallery.

Nice feel to this. I agree with Dave-it could also be in Wildlife. Beautiful light.

A must click on this one to fully get the effect of that dramatic side lighting Ramesh!  It reminds me of etched copper plate.  No. I don't like it - I LOVE it!!!  Well done.  :D
