Cannot tell you the difficulty I had in persuading this fella to go blond.   Not meant to be in poor taste, but he is au natural, and something I've not seen a lot of.  Used Topaz studio.

Pleas feel free to view uncompressed.

An amazing transformation from the original, and it is all for the better. I much prefer this version over the original. In fact, in my opinion, this is one of your best in the P&DA Gallery. The background texture is a major improvement, and the blond hair is the icing on the cake. Kind of neat that the hair and tusks are the same color. Beautiful work, Dave!

I couldn't have said it better! I love how you have softened the whole mood from the original, a rather ethereal effect, all to the better!

I am fully agree with all what Ron has expressed,
a really great elaboration and I prefer this to the original image.

I can't really add any more to what has already been said, Dave. I love the technique and resulting textures you achieved here, it would be great to see what other creatures you can beautify in this way!
