You have created a nice mood here-I like the golden glowing colors and the "alone-ness" of the bird. It has that nice feel of sunset or sunrise. Well done!

A well designed and thought out image, Ramesh! The background water is beautiful but is just a bit dark. I feel brightening it a bit would make this fine image even better. :)

Gorgeous composition, colour and mood, Ramesh! This reminds me of an etching on copper plate. While I love it as is, i tend to agree with Ron's suggestion of lightening the background just a little to enhance this lovely image even more!
