Playing with Topaz again.  But used studio.  A blend of three algorithms. Primary starting point was Old Western.  Leaves blotches and scratches.  (isn't it funny..  we spend so much time to remove an odd blemish and I've just chucked a whole load back in... ).

Please feel free to view uncompressed.

Thank you for looking and hope all safe.

The rather clean background really makes the stag stand out well, Dave! I very much like the almost monochrome conversion, but I'm pleased you left a bit of color in the stag's fur. You are having too much fun with Topaz. The pose and rack are stunning! Great job!

A big thumbs up from me for this one, Dave! I love everything about it. The regal stag, antiqued, muted colours and wonderful, textures. A beauty!

Love the way you used color and monochrome to create this beauty. The background textures are an excellent complement to the handsome subject. Well done, and congratulations!

Great work this David too!
Beautiful pose of the deer and splendid elaboration, it looks like an ancient print.

Impressive rack on this guy!
Nice treatment...I like how you retained the color in this deer to better make him stand out against the background.
Seeing a few dust spots on your sensor though....wink wink...LOL

John, I was devastated.  Tried removing them with Sandpaper.     Didn't seem to work very well.  (Darn video tuition)....
