Beautifully done, Ron! I would not have guessed that you didn't just take pen and ink and hand draw this beauty. Such a lovely portrait- (I'll bet it is equally striking as a photo. ) Your artistic eye shines here- it takes more than simply converting a file with Topaz to make something work so well. Love it!

A perfect example of when less is more! You have captured so beautifully the real essence of this alert fox with simple black sketching lines that many couldn't convey with a multi toned photograph enhanced by lighting. Superb work, Ron. Love it!

I love what you have done with this photo. To me, the simplicity really allows the fox's personality to shine through. I can see this image hanging on someone's wall!
Congratulations on the EP.

Thanks, everyone for your very nice comments and input on this image. I've been working on a technique for creating sketches from photographs, so I'm pleased you like this. Thanks to NatureScapes as well for the EP – It's an honor.

Beautiful abstraction for the photo. The slightly toned background is perfect. I would be interested in your process, I have been seeking a way of creating such a line drawing.

Really beautiful elaboration, it almost looks like an etching.
Very nice expression you managed to grasp even with a few simple strokes.
