Walking away as a storm was developing i could not resist looking back frequently as the clouds were moving fast and the golden hour sun was playing hide and seek with raging colors at one time and drab at another. With drops knocking on my head i spotted this solitary semipalmated plover and decided to make use of the back lit silhouette and the beautiful colors on the wet shoreline. Sat on the beach, cradled the 600mm on my knees, composed and clicked. PP in LR and auto Topaz DeNoise.
