This was a photograph that I re-painted using Adobe Sketch on an ipad, then transferred to Photoshop for some retouching. Rather time-consuming, but enjoyable-just learning how to do this. It's very different than using an app like Topaz to do the painting for you. Some of it is still part of the photo, and a lot was hand painted over with various brushes and colors. An experiment, basically.

It is lovely, Cindy! Although it was "time-consuming" and an "experiment," it turned out beautifully! I love the composition and the placement of the owl within the frame, and the brush strokes and textures throughout the image look wonderful. Excellent.
