I took each of these Black-bellied Whistling Ducks separately with my 1DX Camera, 100-400 lens w/1.4TC, HH as they flew against the blue sky on May 12, 2019. Then I placed them in this pleasing  flight formation. I hope you don't mind what I did but I love the composite.

1/4000sec, f/8, ISO 1250.

You have created a great composite with these individual shots and joined them together in a well balanced frame, Jim!  The end result is really nice with the alternate wings positioned up and down.  Composite images like this belong in the Photo and Digital Art gallery, so I have moved it there.

The lockdown rules are at least giving us time to try more artistic creations!  :)

Stay safe and well, Jim.

Carol.

Jim, what a wonderful composite. As Carol noted, the wing positions are excellent. And I love the way you placed the ducks within the frame. A very creative and beautiful image.

I agree with Carol and Ron- a beautifully designed and executed composite. They make a very convincing and elegant formation. I hope you will consider doing more of these!
