The shot of Monument Valley was taken at around 11am,with nothing but blue sky.I decided to darken the image and spruce the sky up by replacing it with what you see.

Peter, a remarkable transformation. The gorgeous night sky and the darkened landscape create a much more compelling image, particularly when the image is viewed with dark surrounds. Excellent.

Pretty magical transformation, Peter. I like the Milky Way addition and the darkened buttes. The reddish foreground is a little less convincing- perhaps tone it down just a touch? Or not- it's a matter of taste. I do really like what you've done here-an excellent combination of elements.
