Whatever you used, it is very effective- a lovely scene beautifully enhanced with bright colors and pleasing textures. I like that the textures are not overdone-just enough to create a painterly effect. Well done! By the way-what does your title mean? Is that the name of the lake?

It looks like you had a great original and enhanced it with just the right amount of artwork to result in this lovely image. I think this would make a wonderful print for framing. You have a beauty here, Peter!

Nailed it Peter.  Yes it is the name of the lake.  (deepest in the Lake district.  Lying at the head of Wasdale...apparently was colonised by Norse farmers in the 9th and 10th centuries, with St Olaf's church at the end of the lake... to my shame, I have not visited that church but did enjoy a cold one at the Inn after climbing Great Gable). (the centre mountain)..

Superb rendition.

The color and composition are superb, Peter. The end result looks like a fine painting. Print this large and let the world enjoy!
