Lovely way to present in black and white. Has a ghostly feel to it. I do think the bird's head is a bit underplayed here compared to the strong black in the foliage and tail. Perhaps darkening the eye and beak would help? Or perhaps you wanted the head to not stand out, as in "ethereal".... Nice work as always.

Tusar, a great reflection image with very nice texture in the shoreline vegetation. Cindy makes a good point about darkening the eye and bill. I feel it would make the head of the bird stand out a little more. A good tonal range here for the black and white conversion. Nicely done.
