Jeff, this is the first image I have seen with the "Burnt Edges" look, and I like it. Also, I like how you maintained realism in the antlers, eye, and tongue compared to the remainder of the image. A very nice abstract image.

Thanks Ron. Glad you like it! Burnt Edges was first "Look" that jumped out at me.

Wow-a really different and interesting approach, and very effective, I think. Very nice textures and an abstraction that works well without losing sight of the subject. Ilike the colors and shapes- and the strong contrasts Pretty exciting! Really nice work!

Amazing and different image Jeff. Also to us in the UK, amazing to get a deer at a focus length of 105. Can't see enough but guess it might be a Whitetail rather than a Mulie,. Very, very interesting processing. Congrats

Very interesting result and certainly different texture, Jeff! Its almost like it was painted on a cork tile.

Thanks David! Yes, it's a Whitetail deer. We have many in this area.
